Endeavor

Overview:

Endeavor is a site based program for children and adolescents ages 5-21 with an Autism Spectrum Diagnosis. Participants at Endeavor must be able to maintain at a 2:1 child to adult ratio.

Goals:

• Improve functional communication skills
• Decrease problematic behaviors
• Increase independence and daily living skills
• Improve basic social skills

​Program Highlights:

• Treatment is overseen by a team of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• A  Master’s Level Clinician is on site during the program
• Therapeutic instructors work with the children/adolescents on treatment goals.
• Utilizes Applied Behavior Analysis as its framework for treatment.
• Skill deficits are targeted through the use of verbal behavior.
• Treatment is assessment and data driven
• Participants will have a functional behavior assessment and intensive skill deficit assessments completed upon admission which be used to develop an individualized treatment plan to be targeted during sessions.

Design:

• Endeavor runs Monday-Thursday for 2.5 hours per day
• After school/evening hours during the school year and daytime hours through the summer
• Participants can attend and few or many days as desired, for up to 10 hours per week, as prescribed in a psychological evaluation

Crossroads

Overview:

Crossroads is a site based program for children and adolescents ages 5-21 with an Autism Spectrum Diagnosis. Participants at Crossroads must be able to maintain at a 5:1 child to adult ratio.

• Reciprocal interaction
• Executive functioning
• Frustration tolerance
• Emotion regulation
• Self-monitoring, Self Regulation​​

Program Highlights:

• Crossroads provides an assessment driven approach to meet the individual and group needs of its participants to enhance their overall social skills
• Participants are able to participate in community based activities to apply and generalize skills learned within the therapy setting
• Treatment is overseen by a team of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• A  Master’s Level Clinician is on site during the program
• Community work with the children/adolescents on treatment goals.
• Utilizes Applied Behavior Analysis as its framework for treatment.

• Tuesday/Thursday (5 hours per week) – Participants Ages 13-21
