Tracy Jones

Area Operations Director

Tracy has served in many roles, with over 10 years of experience with FBR, including Therapeutic Support Staff, Administrative HR/Billing Supervisor, and Office Manager. In her current role as FBR’s Area Operations Director, Tracy is responsible for overseeing the operational activities and outcomes for the following behavioral health services at FBR: Intensive Behavioral Health Services, Psychiatric Outpatient Clinics, Adult Autism Waiver Program and Behavioral Consultation and Intervention Services. Tracy also supervises managers across a variety of programs, help develop new business and service lines, oversees budgets and expenses, and improves operational efficiency in multiple locations to ensure success as an agency. Tracy graduated from University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. In her free time, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outside kayaking, hiking, walking or bike riding.
